Make the tastiest, airy baking with this natural tartar baking powder. The potassium tartrates, better known as tartar, in combination with sodium carbonates are an excellent leavening agent that gives light baked goods. For example, you can also make self-raising flour with tartar baking powder. To do this, mix 21 grams of tartar baking powder with 500 grams of flour and use as described in the recipe. It gives more volume and makes it wonderfully airy! Storage advice: keep cool, dry and well closed.
