Our Early Harvest Limited Edition Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium extra virgin olive oil that is produced from early harvested olives. It contains high levels of polyphenols and has a strong flavour and taste. It originates from Messara Valley in Southern Crete and is a Product Destination of Origin Product (Messsara P.D.O).
The acidity level does not exceed 0.6 of oleic acid per 100 grams and is produced with the cold extraction method complying fully with the international health and gastronomy standards. Certification is available on request.
