Put the desired amount of dried shiitake in a heatproof dish. 10 – 20 grams of dried mushrooms are equal to 100-200 grams of fresh mushrooms. For every 10 grams of dried shiitake, pour at least 100 ml of boiling water into the dish. The soak takes about 30-60 minutes. If the soaked mushrooms have to be cooked before the further process, 15 minutes is sufficient.
