This full setting of Zuiver Zuivel is placed warm in the cup, after which it matures further in the cup. This ensures a solid yogurt, which has a slightly more sour taste. Delicious with a little honey in it! The yogurt mainly contains dextrorotatory lactic acid. All Zuiver Zuivel products are of biodynamic quality (recognizable by the demeter logo). The milk is produced by more than 20 Dutch farmers who work according to the Demeter principles; the natural cycle is central to their companies.
