Description
Yogurt starter is used to make yogurt from milk yourself. Yogurt is traditionally fermented food with bacterial cultures. Yogurt is made with a yogurt maker or a thermos for fermentation at a constant temperature of 41 degrees for 6 to 8 hours. Make yogurt from cow’s milk, goat’s milk, sheep’s milk or from vegetable milk. Slowly bring 1 liter of milk to a boil. Cool the milk to 41 degrees Celsius and add 1 sachet of yogurt starter. Mix well. Ferment the milk in a thermos or yogurt maker for 5 to 8 hours. Put in the fridge and enjoy! 1 box contains 3 bags of 5 grams.
