Description

Zeeuwsche Zoute is the only sea salt from the Netherlands. It is sustainably extracted from filtered Oosterschelde water. In addition to salt, they also have an aromatic black pepper in their range. The cold smoking process allows the pepper to retain its characteristic properties. Gives meat, fish, cheese or sauces a fine peppery taste and a pleasant smoky note.
