Bee bread (Phacelia), also known as bee food or bee friend, is a real bee plant. Bees love it because the flower produces a lot of nectar and a lot of pollen. De Traay’s unique collaboration with a beekeeper from Hungary creates the purest and tastiest honey. This honey has a sweet, floral taste and combines very well with yogurt, tea or on a cracker. Similar to Acacia honey in that it has a sweet, full flavour and a bright color.
