It quickly reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa due to the special combination of a saline solution with powerful, natural ingredients.

It is a saline solution supplemented with menthol, eucalyptus and chamomile. The 100% natural ingredients are gentle on the nasal mucosa. The ingredients are:

physiological saline (pure water, sodium chloride (NaCl), disodium hydrogen phosphate-12H2O, sodium dihydrogen phosphate-2H2O);
sorbitol;
PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil;
eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus);
peppermint oil (Mentha piperita);
real chamomile oil (Chamomilla recutita).

You can use the spray 3-5 times a day. 1 to 2 sprays per nostril is sufficient. Use the spray in the following way:

blow or clean the nose first;
remove the protective cap from the dosing spray;
Hold the bottle at the bottom with your thumb and hold the white top between index and middle finger;
insert the nose piece into the nostril.
spray once and at the same time inhale through the nose;
repeat in the other nostril;
