Co-Enzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble substance and occurs naturally in various types of vegetables and oily fish. The capsules contain 30 mg Q10 and 450 mg fish oil. Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids that contribute to the support of the heart. The recommended dosage is 1 mini softgel per day, preferably during or after a meal. Do not exceed this.
