Description
This MCT oil is made from 100% Organic Coconut Oil and consists of 99% Caprylic Acid/C8 and 1% Capric Acid/C10. MCT stands for Medium-Chain Triglyceride and is a type of fatty acid. Medium-Chain means that the fatty acids have a medium chain. MCT oil provides energy quickly and is not stored as fat. That is why it is also used by athletes as a supplement. MCT oil has a neutral taste and can be used both cold and hot to replace other oils and fats. Heat maximum to 177 degrees Celsius. Any sediment is normal.
