Acai berries come from Brazil and grow on the acai palm. The dark purple berries have the taste of blueberries and are full of fiber. The berries are soaked and then crushed with their skins. The pulp is freeze-dried and ground into powder. Acai powder tastes great with yogurt, oatmeal or smoothie. Also the ideal base for an acai bowl!
