Organic Apple-banana puree 360g – Luna e Terra

Description

Tall grasses bloom between the apple trees of Dutch and German biodynamic orchards that attract valuable insects such as bees and parasitic wasps. The bee fertilizes the blossoms, the parasitic wasp protects the fruit from aphids and harmful flies. The sweet/sour blushed Pinova apple was used for this apple-banana puree. This means that the addition of sugar is not necessary. The biodynamic banana gives the puree a soft taste.
