Description
This Italian balsamic vinegar is produced in a unique way by the Lorenzi family from Moderna. Raw grape must is boiled for 24 hours and then mixed with strong red wine vinegar. This matures for no less than 5 years in wooden barrels. The result? Characteristic balsamic vinegar! Delicious with caprese, salads or in pastas.
