Put the desired amount of dried chanterelles in a heatproof dish. 10 – 20 grams of dried Chanterelles are equivalent to 100-200 grams of fresh. For every 10 grams of dried chanterelles, pour at least 100 ml of boiling water into the dish. The soak lasts about 30-60 minutes. If the soaked chanterelles still have to be cooked for the further process, 15 minutes is sufficient.
