Description
Cornflour is used as a binding agent for gravies, sauces, ragouts and soups. Stir the required cornstarch with some cold water to a paste, pour it into the boiling soup, sauce or gravy while stirring. Let it boil gently. The starch is separated from the rest of the corn and guaranteed gluten-free.
