The Montello is a classic Italian hard cheese. The Montello is made from pasteurized cow’s milk from cows near Vicenza in northern Italy. The hard cheese matured for a total of 9 months. Montello is a very tasty vegetarian cheese and therefore a good alternative for pasta dishes.
