Biodynamic goes a step further than organic: Demeter certified farmers must meet extra high requirements. A German family business has been making freshly squeezed juices since 1936. They buy the biodynamic grapes from biodynamic growers, who work year after year to build a living soil, from which they and the generations after them can harvest. The grapevines grow on their own strength. They are deeply rooted in the open ground and are naturally strong. Immediately after harvesting, the sun-ripened fruit is pressed and bottled, the juice does not come from concentrate and is heated briefly to extend its shelf life. Tasty, full-fledged and vital juices from close to nature. The juice of the Barbera grape gives the juice its deep red colour and intense flavour. The Montepulciano grape is sweeter and ensures a balanced sweet-sour ratio. The grapes are picked by hand, gently pressed and processed without the addition of sulphur. Deposit: 0.25
