Fresh sweet corn kernels of Demeter quality, frozen immediately after harvest and processed locally. Ard van Gaalen, among others, grows these for us. Luna e Terra’s frozen vegetables come from our regular Dutch growers and have therefore only traveled a short distance to your plate. With this collaboration we help our growers get rid of their harvest and give a positive boost to the soil and biodiversity in the Netherlands.
