100% baking soda (sodium carbonate).

Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), also called Baking Soda, can be used in the household as well as for internal and external care. Internal use: add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day. If used as a raising agent, an acid (eg lemon juice) should be added (1 part equal to 3 parts baking powder). External use: as bath salt about 100 grams in a warm bath. In combination with coconut oil to be used as a natural deodorant. Add a tablespoon in the washing machine or as a natural cleaning agent. As a stain remover, let it soak for hours and then wash normally. This is a dietary supplement and not a substitute for a varied diet.
