Uses
- Soak sliced apples in a bowl of water with one drop On Guard for a healthy snack.
- Add one drop On Guard to water or tea.
- Use a cloth soaked in water and 1–2 drops On Guard to wipe down kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
- Rub doTERRA On Guard on the bottom of your child’s feet during the school season.
- Before guests arrive, diffuse doTERRA On Guard to create a welcoming aroma.
Directions for Use
Aromatic: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal: Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid, or take in a Veggie Capsule.
Topical: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1–10 drops carrier oil.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying product.
