Your Organic Nature coconuts are first dried and then ground. This product itself contains no gluten and is a good source of fiber. In contrast, this product is processed in a mill where gluten-containing products may also be present. Because this flour does not naturally contain gluten, this flour should not replace more than half of the regular flour in original preparations.
