Description

Ekoplaza quinoa mix is a mix of red and white quinoa and is a great substitute for rice, pasta or potatoes. It has a nutty flavor and originates from the Andes Mountains. To rule out a bitter taste before preparation, rinse again.Use about 75 g p.p.Add twice as much water or broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Leave to seal for another 10 minutes after cooking. Storage advice: keep cool, dry and tightly closed.
