Description
Spelled, also called the ancient grain from the Bronze Age. Spelled is more digestible than wheat. The nutrients of the spelled are preserved during grinding, because the nutrients are in the inner core of the spelled grain. Since the ground kernels are not peeled, this flour contains a lot of dietary fiber. Ideal for baking spelled bread or tasty spelled cookies.
