These delicious Sicilian tomatoes definitely belong to the other delicious delicacies. These tomatoes come from Sicily where they go out for 6 hours in baking every day for a week to dry under the lovely sun. Our supplier is one of the few companies that still dries the tomatoes in the open air, which gives these tomatoes an excellent taste. They only stay indoors at too high temperatures or dense clouds.
