Description
Heat noble yeast flakes as little as possible. Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per day. Sprinkled over dishes, noble yeast gives a savory taste. Sprinkle over pasta grilled vegetables, salads. Add to soups, sauces. Contains a lot of B Vitamins, good for skin and hair.
