Description
The rye for this wholemeal flour is grown biodynamically, mainly in southern Germany. But also in neighbouring European countries such as Austria, Hungary, Poland or the Czech Republic. This grain crop naturally has good resistance to diseases and pests and can produce fertile seed on its own. After the harvest, a small part of the grain is kept aside as seed for the next growing season, which allows the farmer to remain independent year after year. The rest goes to the Spielberger Mill, where the millers grind whole grains. Tasty, wholesome and vital flour from close to nature.
