Description
Horizon almonds have been coming from a Spanish farmers’ cooperative in Andalusia for 25 years. By hitting the branches with sticks, the ripe almonds fall from the tree into the large sails that are stretched below. The green bark is removed in the orchard. Under this green bark is a dark hard bark, which is only cracked in the factory. Then the almonds are ground into flour. The flour is easily digestible and can be used in all kinds of baking.
