The bee fertilizes the blossoms, the parasitic wasp protects the fruit from aphids and harmful flies. The sweet blushed Evelina apple has been used for this apple mango puree. This makes the addition of sugar unnecessary. The biodynamic mango gives the puree an exotic touch.
