Doves Farm White Rye Flour is an organic flour which has been milled from rye grain and has been sieved to remove any coarse parts of the grain. This flour is naturally low in gluten. Rye is a grain which is grown throughout central and Eastern Europe. White rye can be added to both sweet and savoury baking. If your dough becomes sticky it is best to add some wheat flour to the mixture.
